Shipping policy
Please note that due to the significant impacts of COVID19, shipping times are longer than usual. Both standard and express services have been impacted. We will always provide you with a tracking number to monitor the movements of your parcel.
We currently only ship to Australia.
Orders are processed during standard business hours, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
Standard Shipping
For all standard orders please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch and a further 1-3 business days for deliveries to metropolitan areas. For regional areas, please allow an additional 3-6 days for delivery.
Express Shipping
For all express orders please allow 1 business day for dispatch.
Next business day delivery is available for parcels sent within the Express Post Network (see Australia Post website for more information), this applies to most metropolitan areas. If your delivery address falls outside the Express Post Network, your parcel will still be sent as a priority with the fastest possible transport links but is not covered by the next business day guarantee.
Due to the significant impacts of COVID-19, Express Post is still available, and will continue to be prioritised as the fastest option for customers, but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard.
